I went to the shop to purchase some items with sister knowing that during this festive season the stores open until late as advertised, however whilst shoping there were no assistants to help customers as some of their clothing rails are very high and the clothes unreachable and when we asked her for help she just looked at us as though she did not hear us and then a gentleme with whom i was in a que for payment with then tried to assist us but he could not reach the item in need and she then turned to the gentlemen and said theres a step ladder if you want you can use it or.. I then asked her if its safe for clients to use step ladders and she just turnmed and looked the other way, and the most upseting and frustrating thing is that she then spoke to her another saying that some "people" think that they are better than others and as a customer who pays for a service I expect nothing but the best customer service which goes as far as treating customers with respect and treating them fairly, I feel that it is unacceptable that because we are in shops located in soweto we should be treaded unjustly as I have never experience such from any of the other retailers.this is unacceptable!
