Wish I knew where to start... actually so fed up with this Branch's pick n pay. The customer/coffee counters are always a up! Pls explain to me why does your cashiers always wait until you reach the front of the line after almost standing for 10min in the Q and when you eventually get to the front they tell you "oh sorry you need to pay over there" which is not even the coffee counter. This has happened so many times and when a cashier starts treating you like you're worthless and wasting their time then why the heck do I still shop here?? There is never proper structure in these service areas. I work in the Waterfront which means I shop there every day. Should I really be the one spending my money else where or should these cashiers start treating customers like the one's who are keeping pick n pays doors open and giving these people jobs because at the end of the day pick n pay is a successful franchise ONLY because of us CONSUMERS!!
