We ordered a DVD of the '95 Rugby WC as a Christmas present. We paid for it as well as the courier fee to have it delivered to the Cresta branch. When we went to pick it up on 23/12/213, we were told, they sold it to someone else. They don't have stock and Patrick told us thta there is nothing he can do. He identified himself as a regional manager, but he does not fit the position. He did nothing to try and resolve the issue. He gave us our money back and left it there. When asked to speak to a superior, he gave me the details of Glen Smith. Gelen did try to find another copy. We bought a product and then Look & Listen sold our DVD to someone else.
