On Friday i went to clicks to buy a gift and i needed to have it wrapped.i went to the gentleman at customer services who told me. That they don't have that services and once he does it for me all the customers would be lining up for gift wrapping and they will consume his time as he has a lot of work to do.
He then suggested another colleague, the gentleman did not even complain .he went an extra mile made sure that it was neatly done and even add his own wrapping paper.
