I ordered furniture and paid in full at the rustenburg branch after confirming that delivery would be the following day. I got a call 2 hours after I paid for the goods only to be told that delivery would not happen by agreed/promised time. Melody (the rude ...) gets on the phone with me with excuses on why it can't be done and the truck and the manager and and and. I later find out that the chairs were not assembeled as yet and therefore couldn't be delivered. Is this what customer service and delivery on empty promises is coming to now. Here's the ke factor "I AM THE CUSTOMER AND I PAID FOR A SERVICE"
