Me and my wife bought a lounge suite for R 35 000 from Coricraft in Greenstone shopping mall in December 2012. We resceived the couch at the beginning of February 2013. Everything was great until we noticed the stitching coming loose on the three seater at the end of February. We called Coricraft Greenstone and they promised to collect the Three piece ASAP. A week and a half later they called to say they would pick it up which they did. After resceiving the couch, Coricraft called to say they would be repairing the couch and return it ASAP. After more than a month they called to say they would be delivering the repaired couch. Upon delivery, I noticed that the seat was scratched quite badly in three places. I immediately told the delivery crew to take the couch back and sort it out. ( this is after one of the delivery crew told me the scratches were normal!!!). We called Coricraft to report this and they said they would sort it out immediately. A month later they called to say they were going to deliver again. On delivery, I noticed they had just returned the EXACT SAME couch. I told the crew to remove it immediately and called Coricraft again. This time
