I was at Boardmans twice this week and on the first visit, the teller Evelyn caused a huge mix up with my gift vouchers which took approximately half hour to resolve. On the 24 December 2013, I wanted assistance at the crockery section which took a few minutes whilst staff were just standing around. After purchasing the crockery, I was offered a used plastic wrapping because there were no bags. I called the manager, Percy, on duty who heard me out but didn't even apologize. If the store was busy, I would accept a mishap due to the Xmas rush, but the store was not busy at all. I just wish that staff are trained to be more well equipped to handle queries etc. According to the teller, Evelyn, the customer should know how much is on the voucher, which I disagree with.
