Exchange of dress -staff dont know store policy

On Thursday 19 December I exchanged a dress for a bigger size at forshni (Golden Acre). On the day of the event I found a more suitable dress and decided to refund the dress on Saturday at tygervalley mall. I was informed that I didnt have the proper documentation and will have to do the refund at the store that i did the exchange at. I went to forshni (Golden Acre) and explained my story to Amy the manager on duty. She said that the lady that did the exchange was on lunch at the time. They will have to go and look for the original docket. They took am entire day to get back to me even after I called them to ascertain whether they found the docket. Tuesday 24 December I went to do the refund and before I went to the store I called in to ensure that the documents for the refund was in order and I could get my money back. I got there and they had me waiting and ran around to locate cynthia -till operator to get the docket. They found her and she misplaced the docket again. I informed that they were wasting my time and that this whole incident occurred because proper store rules were not followed. I am so disappointed at forshni (Golden Acre). They gave me bad service.
