Refusing to refund

I bought a dress worth R1799 at the store, however when i fitted the dress at the store the zip broke and they told me they will get it fixed. I accepted that. when i got home to fit the dress the zip broke again, and i returned it to demand my refund. But my request was turned down as they told me that it is the company policy not to offer any refund, that i should look for something else to exchange, and i told them that i don't want anything I just want my money back. They told me that they want their tag back, as i have left it at home, then they will consider giving me my money back. I told them i don't live in Sandton, I'm from Pretoria and i cant afford to drive to and fro just for a tag, they still refused! I'm very dissapointed at the service that i got, as i didnt expect it from such a store. I left the dress at the store with them, i just don't know what to do. All I want is my refund!
