I purchased a Nokia Asha 311 cellphone for my dad as a present at Foschini Golden Acre on the 25 January 2013. This cellphone went in for repairs in March and now its again faulty. I went to the store and they do not want to exchange the item for me. As per the CPA anything purchased within the first 6months should be exchanged once faulty. This is unacceptable. Please advise.
