Bad customer service

I went to the Deli counter and I picked up the Provolone cheese and asked the lady at the counter what was the price for a kg. her reply was: sorry I don't know, why don't you come back later, my colleague is on her break, I don't know. Shocked but this reply, I saw some Prosciutto Cotto and asked again, how much per kg, here reply again, 'I don't know' and she says, why don't you take the other prosciutto, to which I reply: no thank you. I then ask for a manager. A lady gets pulled from the floor and appears in front of me, surprised and smirking as if she was not the manager. I explained to her and she said she will get a trainee to come help me. By this time, I was furious but waited. Someone arrived in 5 min and then helped me.
The prosciutto Cotto was so old, the colour was off and she wanted to give me some of that ham. I advised her it was off and she should use the other piece. She had no idea how to cut it. She left the machine on after she had finished cutting the meat, to which my husband reminded her to switch it off.
The cheese on the counter had mould on it as well.not impressed at all, very disappointed and will never go back to that store. We spent 40 mins at deli
