Bad Service

The stuff at the deli were rude. I am a customer who always shops at pick n pay for my groceries every month and i always buy BERG Sweet cheese they always cut the loaf into half but yesterday they refused to do so. I asked to speak to the manager they said that the manager is at church and doesn't want to be disturbed then they cut the and put the full price tag on the cheese.

When i was paying at the counter the cashier said that the pricing on the cheese was wrong and i asked is the a manager she said yes and called the manager for me i complained to the manager she then took the cheese back to the deli the staff told her that is the price and nothing was done to fix it.

The managers name is Portia and she did nothing the staff to me and said that she was at church and doesn't want to be disturbed i raised this with her but still she didn't do nothing she just walked away.

My question is that how pick n pay stores operate that we as customers we don't have voices we must just take bad service and live with it but we are the most loyal people who always supports them

I'm very disappointed more than words can explain and something needs to be done about this
