I always struggle to get sizes on walkmates for kids as their sizes are up to size 11. I decided to email Woolworths Head Office and they informed me that their Sandton branch will be at my service. I was contacted by one of the staff at Sandton informing me that they managed to get me the size I was in search for from Vaal. I went there to fetch my order, little did I know that I would find the shoes damaged, I then spoke to Precious (Management) and vented my disappointment as a customer. Precious was there to listen and assured me that they will contact their Vaal branch and get me another pair which will be delivered in 2 days time. I went there yesterday to collect my order and all was well. With this being said I would like to say keep up your good work Precious, I hope this is the kind of service you provide to all your customers.
