I went to the Truwoths church branch looking for shoes. Laura assisted me. I asked for sizes on for different shoes of which none of them fit. She then asked me to wait and at a later stage came back with a beautiful pair of shoes size 9. I also work for one of the biggest banks in SA and I know that the only way to a client's heart is through hard work efficiency and excellent customer service. Laura was excellent and I hope to see more size 9 in the shops for ladies. We cannot let Woolworths have all the customers.
