Hi so i have been a customer of teljoy for a few months, i have never missed a payment and have been in credit most of the time, so i applied for another device to add to my account and gues what Marvin tells me, they want me to send them proof of payments of my other accounts eg not teljoy accounts my very private has nothing to do with them accounts! before they will do this for me! i am sorting out some old debt with lawyers and i feel as long as you recieve your payments you have no right asking me for my other accounts proof of payments! if you do not want to supply me that is fine, then you lose a good customer who has paid you every month! i am very upset and if this is the attitude you give your existing customers i will never do business with you again! and i will definately not promote you to anyone!
