So last month i spoke to some one in the accounts department about canceling my rent to own contract and they said it is fine. told me that they will be fetching the TV the next day. so a month later the TV is still with me and my account has been debited again.. this is extremely bad service from teljoy. also see this is not the first time it happens. to me it seems that you eventually take care of the problem of fetching the stuff and giving back the money but you don't get rid of the staff that can't do their jobs in the first place.
