On 4/01/2013 I purchased skincare products from Judah at Lakeside Mall. The sale was agreed to subject to transaction being processed on budget facility on my credit card. On 9/01/2013 it came to light that the transaction had been processed on straight facility and I then proceeded to try to cancel the sale. I returned the unused goods in original packaging to store at Greenstone. I was then advised to go to my bank and reverse the transaction which I duly attempted to do. Bank informed me the money had already been paid to the supplier and transaction could not be reversed. Supplier then advised they do not accept goods for return or process refunds! I have tried my utmost to resolve this matter amicably with Seacret but no joy - rotten customer service - you deal with faceless people on the phone - have very unethical and shady business practices. Neither Judah nor the sale slip stated goods may not be returned - even though within the 7 day cooling off period as per Consumer Protection Act. BE WARNED - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER - DO NOT BE FLEECED LIKE I WAS!
