I placed an order on-line thinking I would've received the order before Christmas, only to receive a notice that the goods would only be delivered in mid January 2014. This didn't help me, so I wrote to the "support" email address to find out if anything could be done to remedy this. NO RESPONSE from them. I then wrote to them again a day later and still had no response, so I cancelled the order. I then called in to the call centre and was told that the credit was being processed and would reflect in my bank account in a day or 2. We onto day 4 and still no credit has been received from them. Question is, will [URL Removed] ever refund the monies now owed to me? I certainly hope so, failing which I will take further legal and criminal action against [URL Removed] By the looks of it, there are many more customers who wanted deliveries before Christmas, only to be told that their deliveries would take place much later. I'm hoping it reflects later today or tomorrow, so that these funds can be used to buy my wife's Christmas presents!!
