I want to thank Shavintha for going the extra mile to make sure I received my laptop ordered from FNB. After Ram Couriers totally messed up the delivery and broke the seal on my laptop box and damaged it. Shavintha went the extra mile and made sure things were rectified. Thank you!
Please look at the negative reports about RAM as they are giving you a bad name... change your courier service provider :) After taking delivery of my laptop, they arrived at my gate today!!! wanting to deliver my laptop. Which I did not accept. They really don't know what they are doing.
