I went to Eastgate today to exchange a lacoste shoe, a sales consultant gave me one shoe to check if it fits my daughter... I told him it fits but I no one took the initiation to check if both the shoes in the box are the same... when I arrive at home the one shoe is size 11 & the other a 12
.. IT GETS BETTER THE SIZE 11 SHOE WAS USED FOR DISPLAY AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY R500 FOR A DIRTY SHOE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AT SPITZ THEY DONT ACT IN THE CLIENTS BEST INTEREST... YOU Should BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES!!! TALK ABOUT PETHETIC SERVICE... MXM
