OVERCHARGED

I was at Makro Polokwane on Saturday 21 December 2013, I purchased some of the R100 promotions in store one of them were the Lipton Ice Tea promotion, where you purchase (7) seven assorted Lipton Ice Tea for R100, i was overcharged and told it was not all the flavors only certain flavors. I was then credited and then told i owed and extra R12-99 how is that possible??? where I was overcharged and the attitude from the staff members were disgusting. MAKRO owes me money not the otherway around
