Socking Service

I placed an order on 16 December 2013 and when confirming my order, noticed that the address selected was in Cape Town.
On 17 December 2013 I called and the lady explained to me that they are using a new system and that the system automatically selected the ware house address if the system is over loaded. She said then told me that it is not a problem, she will change the adtress on her side.
On 19 December 2013 I call to find out what is happening and Richardo ells me that the parcel was delivered - to the ware house in Cape Town. He will call me speak to the ware house and call me back.
On 20 December 2013 I speak to another consultant that tells me he can see that Richardo is working on this and that I should hold as he will find out what is happening. I hold for 6 minutes and then the call cuts. Still no call back...
On 21 December I call twice holding on for 7 and 14 minutes respectively - the system give you an option to leave a message but the message inbox is full and you can not use this service.
This morning I call and Imaad tells me there is a tracking no but he does not know where the parcel is, he will call me back... really??
