I went to Board mans to buy pots set, bedding staff, cup sets and jug, to find that when i get home the jug was not in the plastics i had, i contacted them informing them that the jug was missing and said they will view the footage and get back to me which they failed to do so, after few days i contacted them again and was told that they waiting for supplier to count how many jugs were on the stock. and till today i never got any feedback, which is inconveniencing for me..
