Camera footage was requisted to view if cellphone was lost inside the engen garage shop. I contacted them once to find out if we can view the footage. A guy then called me back asking me the colour and make of the phone. The owner then contacted me and asked me stop phoning her staff. The more i try to explain that i only phoned once, the more she arqued with me. She was very rude so i hung up on her.
So much for an owners understaning and help.
