Great staff

I bought two sets of Zhoosh crockery from Boardmans Design Quarters, Fourways in September 2012. I had no use for them until August 2013 - almost a year later. I opened one of the boxes to realise that instead of a 12-set piece, there were only 11 pieces - one of the cereal bowls was missing.

I called the call line and spoke to Godfrey. He was completely professional and polite. He promised to call back and he did - less than 30 minutes. I was directed to Thabang in DQ Fourways. Yet again, I was treated with ultimate respect. Plus the missing bowl was replaced immediately - despite the purchase being made a year earlier.

Boardmans obviously chooses the right staff and/or trains them well.
