@Home stock a range of very expensive pots called S&P they are made in Australia.
I invested a large sum of money in these pots, and stupidly placed them in the dish washer.
The actual pots state they are stove, oven and gas top safe. And do not state anywhere on the product that they are not dish washer safe.
The product on the @home shelves today states they are resistant to almost anything! really except the heat of a dish washer according to S&P HEAD OFFICE & @HOME Head office.
I was promised a 25% discount voucher on future pots purchase and a response to an email with images of the state of the pots after their coating was was removed due to the dishwasher!
STILL NO RESPONSE BEEN TRYING TO SORT THIS ISSUE OUT FOR 2 MONTHS NOW!
@HOME stores also have signs up saying the S&P pots have a 10year guarantee! but the staff have no idea on what exactly and they have no clue what you are doing when you walk into the store with the used pots, with questions regarding the guarantee! IE @HOME STRUBENSVALLY JOHANNESBURG!
