On 2 January 2014 we went to the MTN shop in Cape gate to purchase 2 USB adapter sets for the 2 Samsung tablets we have in the family. Once we got to our vehicle we found that the mtn bag only contained 1 set, we returned to be told that they would have to view camera footage to establish how many sets were put in the bag, sounded fine to us. When we got home we found that the 1 set we did receive only contained part of the set and the box had obviously been tampered with. We called the shop 12 times same day with no answer so we returned to the shop the next day, once again to be told that the footage needed be checked and this would take 2 days, now day 4 and we need the adapters for our business but no action yet.
