Boardmans
Not answering any calls

I was calling board mans, canal walk, to find out if they do have the Brabantia washing line in stock so that i can go through to buy it. No employee picks up the telephone on a tuesday night at 6.40pm and onwards (8 October 2013). I cannot drive through all the way just to hear that they don't have stock. This is absolutely no service at all.
I was phoning 021-5291926 and when the the call centre person couldn't get boardmans to pick up the phone she call the Edgars manageress that said she will send the boardmans manager an email to ask them to call me... nothing yet!
