Digital Planet is supposed to arrange the delivery of my FNB order. On Friday the 17th I spoke to them and was informed that my order will be delivered somewhere between Monday 20th to Friday 24th (Today), they could not give me an exact date and since I move between client sites I gave them my home address for delivery and I arranged to be at home for the week so that I would be here to accept the order. I called this morning regarding the fact that I have had no delivery nor an sms stating it will be delivered, and the lady I spoke to confirmed that it was scheduled for delivery and that she would call me back as soon as she found out the status of my order. No call back!! I called a few hours later again and spoke to Sally if I remember and she gave me the same story with a promise that either her, or someone called Candice would call me back, again no call back, and guess what office hours end at 17:00. So no feedback and no delivery. I wasted 5 days of leave on your empty promises and you don't even bother to provide proper feedback. My ref by the way: FNB72193
