Placed an order on a note 3 cover that was supposed to be delivered on the 6/12/2013 according to the tracking info. Phoned the delivery company today and their excuse was that we were not at home on that day, when in fact we were the whole day just waiting for them. Today I have phoned already 3 times during the day to confirm delivery and every time I was promised it would be delivered before 17:00. I am not sure if I could trust the once reliable retailer with goods being delivered. I am really dissapointed and considering cancelling my order. Want to do a pre-order on ps4 games, not in the mood to be dissapointed with the delivery promises again.
