3 and a Half weeks ago I ordered 4 Referee shirts from Jacques.
He said that it would take 2-3 weeks to be made and delivered to him for me to pick up.
Every week I either emailed or phoned for a check up. NONE of my messages were returned.
I offered to pay on the spot and that was also refused.
I went into their shop twice after ordering to make sure that it was being made and both times I was greeted with no answer as to when it would be ready but assured that I would get it. The last assurance was that I could pick it up in 2-3days. When I phoned today, 3 days later, he was off sick and not even his wife (also a staff member) could get him to phone me with answers. The only contact I received was an sms from him saying that the shirts would only be ready the following week. Again with no date and time. From receiving that sms till now I have phoned 4 times to try and clarify what was going on but to no avail. His staff claims they don't know anything about the order and therefore can't help me. So now with NO info I have to get these made within 5 working days which is virtually impossible.
I still haven't received any contact from their side. No help has been offered either.
