I placed an order mith Myflorist on 18 Jan. I paid the full value over the phone as I placed the order. Their website promises same day delivery if ordered before 12am. I placed my order at 9:30. I received the confirmation email that my order had been processes and paid, and that it would be delivered before 3 pm the same day, with the special request that they contact me if this was not possible. I was not contacted, and nothing was delivered. They are also only available again on Monday to deal with this issue. This is totally unacceptable service, as this promise is also in writing on their website. I am R600 out of pocket, with no flowers that will serve no purpose if they are only delivered next week.
