I ordered numerous clothing and a home ware appliance (six items in total) from Woolworths Online shopping on 21 July 2013. My credit card was immediately billed with the full amount of more than R2 500.00. I was told, very blas? earlier today, that they regret but despite accepting my order and payment they only have one of the six items in stock! When I expressed utter shock, I was told that by the Eastgate person who phoned me that "our website is not very reliable". What a joke! What a waste of a person's time. Now to wait and see how long it takes to get my refund while they get the benefit of interest on my money!
