I got an sms Advertising/Marketing from edgards which ended on the 24th of November, of which i went to menlyn on the 24th and made 2 purchases, one i used my points two i used a voucher, when i left the shop my Credit Balance was R5054, i made a payment on the 30th of November 2013, R1500 at jet Sunny Park, my balance after PAYMENT was R6466.something, i called edcon and spoke to Mphala, who was unable to assist, on the 3rd December i went to ergards Ranburg and asked for acoount enquiry and the Credit Balance on that day was R4460.something yet again i spoke to Dumisane who i Instructed after he was unable to assit to log a complain stating that i want the copy of the receipts that i Signed because at that stage i lost mine, on the 6th of Dec i i went to Jet sunny park asked for accounts to check if balance was Rectified, yet again i spoke to gugu who then felt that her sup should handle the call who was Lira who assured me my Query was reseloved, he said that 3 times i told him i am goint to get that receipts from menlyn, i went to menlyn and got assistance from Cynthia, she called her Sup Tshepo who said maybe its a system error, i owed R5040-R1500=R3540 is what i should owe
