02/03/13 Prchsd at Menlyn Edgars. Cashier redeemed my points & tried 2 use a promotions voucher at same time. This was not possible so they had 2 refund my points. They assured me it wld be refunded within 48 hrs. No points refund. Queried it wth David at Menlyn brnch 08/03/13 in person wth all receipts, said he wld follow up & ensure refund... no response. 16th/04/13 called Menlyn, Gloria replied very rudely it is David's query & he must respond. NO reply again. 16/04/13 Sent email query 2 Edgars Acc JNB... no response. 22/04/13 Resent email then had a call frm Khantse Malesa who requested I send documents directly 2 her & requesting my acc nr. 26/04/13 Resent email as I've had no response. Received 2 calls frm Khantse asking if Menlyn Brnch has called me & I said NO. She said she wld find out why they hvnt called.
2 date NO refund of points, NO call frm Menlyn Branch - not sure why they hve 2 call me besides 4 an apology, which @ this stage wld mean nothing as they've lost all credibility wth me & wld like my "Loyalty Points" REFUNDED that I've earned as a loyal customer however Edgars clearly has no Loyalty towards us! If staff were trained properly this wld not b an issue
