4 Weeks, No Delivery!

I bought a tumble dryer and a fridge on 02/01/2014 at Makro Nelspruit, and paid a fee of R550-00 for my items to be delivered to Hoedspruit. When I bought the items, there was stock of both. When delivery took place on 08/01/2014 only my fridge was delivered. When I phoned to enquire about this, I was informed that they were out of stock, and that they would deliver on 15/01/2014. On 15/01/2014 I phoned the branch again, as they still haven't delivered my tumble dryer. This time I was told that they do have stock, but that the salesman is on leave and did not hand over his deliveries to someone else. I was then promised that my item would be delivered on 18/01/2014, which again did not happen. So AGAIN I had to phone the branch (at my own cost), only to hear that they do not have stock AGAIN! This time I was told that they would receive stock on 24/01/2014, and that my tumble dryer would then be delivered on 25/01/2014. So, it is now 27/01/2014, and I STILL haven't received my tumble dryer, which I have paid in full 4 weeks ago. I have made numerous phone calls, costing me a lot of money, but I have now had enough!
