We purchased a tumble dryer that was on special at Games Stores at Mall @ Carnival. We wanted the dryer to be delivered from the warehouse in Germiston to the store and we will collect from the store. We were told that it would take three to four days for delivery to the store. After a week I telephoned the store and asked to speak to our sales person - he no longer works there. I continued to phone on a daily basis and each time I get the run around from the staff, no one comes back to us with answers, no one knows what is happening with our order. I am at my end with this store and am about to cancel the order and demand a refund!
