I bought a Canon Powershot camera with carry bag and Memory card for my wife for Christmas, and guess what?
She won't be getting it this year!!!
I received a confirmation e-mail stating that the package will be delivered on 18/12/2013. I phoned the call centre at 16h00 on 19/12/2013 when the operator gave me all the information which I already viewed on the order progress page. He then assured me that he will find out where the package is and phone me back. I did not receive a call, so I tried contacting them via e-mail, but this also led nowhere!
I tried to phone the call centre on Saturday morning (office hours 08h00 - 13h00), but the recording claimed that all the operators were busy (for 20 minutes).
I would like 1 of the following 2 responces from Kalahari:
1- An EFT into my bank account - or
2- The package to be delivered on my door step by 24/12/2013 no later than 16h00.
Do not bother to write a pathetic appology letter, as I don't think it will make a great Christmas present...
Ps! Let's see if Kalahari will respond to this.
