[URL Removed] has great advertising that your order will be delivered within one day. This sounded fantastic and for this reason I decided to order a camera for my wife for Christmas. I did so on the 20.12.2013 and I was informed that the item would only be delivered on the 30th. We accepted this due to all the public holidays. On the 30th, I received a phone call from a lady in Ventersdorp asking if I had received her Lego, which she had ordered for her little girl, as she had received my camera. I phoned Kalahari to report this issue. On the 31st, we received our parcel, with the ladies Lego and details inside. I contacted Kalahari AGAIN and they were very confused and said they would send someone to collect and swop the parcels on the 2nd. We heard nothing from Kalahari. I phoned Kalahari for the 3rd time today (the 6th) and they said they would call me back, which they did not.
I am still sitting with their Lego and they with our camera.
