I have been an account holder with Edgars for many years... the service in the store at Tyger Valley is non-existent, caused me to walk out altogether, seriously understaffed for an expected busy weekend?

Don't even bother phoning the customer care line, you will hold on for ages. What a joke! No-one in the store seems to know anything about the product stocked either... when asking a question about something, you get fobbed off and they walk away!
Seriously disappointed in Edgars and their shoddy service delivery. Let's not forget the calls EARLY in the morning on a Saturday to talk about payment not made... well, if your store was staffed correctly, this would be easier to do! This applies to CNA, Boardmans, Edgars, Jet.. etc. I'm.
