Absolutely shocked by the treatment received from Jackie Mamberg (refused to give me her surname so I apologize if it is the wrong Jackie). In a nutshell she managed to upset me so much that I was still shacking some 40 minutes later. The best word to describe the whole conversation would be "abusive" - she told me the call was recorded so I hope her superiors will listen to the call. She hanged up twice on me and refused to provide me her surname or any details as well as refusing to assist me with my query. Besides being exceptionally rude and unprofessional she actually threatened me by telling me to "beware". In fact my wife witnessed the whole conversation and heard her screaming at me over the phone. I haven't had such a shocking experience in a very long time and in fact feel humiliated by the way I was treated by this individual. I have sent an email to Lorna Kleynhans and am sincerely hoping to have a reply from her shortly.
