WARNING: My sister recently purchased a manicure and pedicure treatment at Le Suz Salon in Randburg Ferndale from Groupon, as a gift to me.
The water used to soak my nails was dirty, towels smelled and nail water was spilled on me whilst doing the soak. To which I did not complain at all. Until It was PARIS nail polish (which cost R19.00) that was going to be used on my nails. I insisted on professional nail products, to which old almost finished Essie products was then used.
The actual nail painting was untidy, messy and has already come off. it looks like something i did at home. The inexperienced staff were unprofessional and it was the most uncomfortable treatment i have ever had.
When i complained, Suzette faulted me for being a complaisant client, who will never be satisfied, yet it was the first time i visited the salon. This is a warning to all who have bought this special and all who plan to have this treatment done. Highly unprofessional service and dirty!
