Have taken my money and no delivery!

On the 11th of December 2013 i ordered a PS4 online for a Xmas gift for my son. I paid R6900 and never received a confirmation despite the fact that it went off my credit card. Order no 1363476. I had to call in so they can send me the confirmation that it would be delivered on the 20th of December. On the 18th of December i receive an email informing me that i wont get delivery on the 20th but early the following week. I reply to the email asking if it will be here by Xmas. I get no reply!! I had to phone once again and i spoke to chloe who advised me it was stuck at customs and she would follow up with the suppliers and would get back to me. I even made arrangements with her that i could have it picked up in Cape Town not to delay the process. I never heard from her. On Saturday 21 Dec i call to find out what is happening to be told that Chloe is not working so i asked to speak to management. I get to speak to Shifa who advises me that i will only be getting it in March 2014!!! False promises, they to me as they not even at customs, have taken my money and now my son will only have his games to open on xmas but has to wait until march 2014 to play them!!!
