Refund Outstanding Since 17 Dec 2013

I ordered a gift voucher for a friend for Xmas, only realising afterwards that "printed voucher" means they print it, not me, and they will deliver it via courier. I phoned them as the delivery would've been too late. The call centre agent told me to cancel my 1st order & order a digital voucher & then they will refund me. I did that (I had to copy & paste the voucher to be able to print it :-(, as I wanted to add it to another gift so it can be put under the Xmas tree & they do not send it as an attachment, but as part of the body of the email). Since the beginning of Jan 2014 I've spoken to 3 different agents, all promising to follow up & phone me back as I'm not allowed to speak to their refund department or to a manager / supervisor. It's been 6 WEEKS now, still no feedback from anyone & no refund either. And it is only a measly R250. I've been told that they have to wait to receive the voucher back from the courier company before they can refund me (WHY??? - not something they can resell anyway), and the return normally takes 2 - 3 days, but because it was busy (Xmas period), maybe 4 - 5 days. I told them it has been 40 DAYS, so I'm sure they must have received it by now?!?!!
