I ordered and paid for an item through a Durban based company called Killerdeals on 11 December 2013 and the first person I spoke to actually laughed when I asked if it will reach me before Chistmas as it was meant to be a gift. He assured me it would take 3-5working days. Unfortunately Killerdeals uses UTI Sun Couriers and once I had submitted proof of payment handed it over to them and were very unhelpful in getting UTI to actually deliver to me. It is now the 2nd January 2014 and I have not received what I ordered. My contact person at Killerdeals is Philile, but every time I have phoned UTI I have to speak to a new person who seems to be working with a very slow system and can't really help me but always promises to call back later the same day and never does. As if that is the way the staff are trained to deal with complaints. Even asking to speak to a manager is met with the same strategy. "They'll call you later today." and then they just don't. Ever. Last I heard from UTI and Killerdeals, was that the package would be delivered on the 28th of December. And that's because I had o follow up with them. The people I did speak to at UTI delivered the worst service possible.
