I purchased an HP 12A toner cartridge from [URL Removed] I searched for HP 12A on [URL Removed] and followed the cheapest link. The product is listed as an HP Q2612A (genuine) and the photo displayed is of the genuine HP product. The product description also specifies HP. On the product page on [URL Removed] the brand is listed as HP and the photo shown is of the genuine product. There is nothing which says it is not genuine (I added a review to warn people).
On receiving the product, I saw it is Orink and not HP. It is indeed compatible with my printer, but I would not have bought it had I known it was not genuine HP. My invoice also describes the item as "HP 12A Laser Toner Cartridge - Black".
This is not on! I would have bought a genuine product from another shop had I known, and Kalahari knows this.
Furthermore, the cartridge package clearly says that the contents must always be kept upright, but the packaging from Kalahari (when held upright) had the cartridge on its side. There are also no markings on the postage packaging to specify that the product must be kept upright.
