No delivery after 4 months

I bought a tablet at Kalahari on my sons name and applied for a loan at DirectAxis on my name. My loan was approved and according to DirectAxis they already paid the money over to Kalahari. According to Kalahari they havent recieved any payment from DirectAxis to date. This order has been taking 3 months now because I placed the order on the 27th of December last year.
