I placed an order in December for goods, and I did not notice the new option of sending to the warehouse. I assumed that my goods would be sent to my postal address as in the past. I have spoken to 4 different people, the first 2 assuring me it will be sent on. The next one, would call back and never did. The fourth person, did call back and told me I could collect from the warehouse, just one problem I live in Gauteng. I have requested 4 times for this to be sent to me and nothing yet. i was supposed to receive a call back today, and nothing. i am unable to get through to your call centre and the leave a message option is not working either. Come on, excellent service in the past and you cant follow one instruction... PLease i need my parcel, or refund my money.
