I purchased 2 games on [URL Removed] I realised after I placed the order that the delivery option I selected was 'to the nearest post office'. I actually wanted 'door to door' delivery so I called Kalahari call centre immediately to rectify it. The agent advised that it will be rectified. The next day I get an sms saying my goods are being dispatched. I call the agent again to confirm and she said that I will receive a confirmation that the goods will be delivered to me. Nothing got delivered to me for a week, then I decide to use the tracking number and I found that my goods are sitting in a post office that I have no intention of going to.
This is a real inconvenience for me and I expected better service from Kalahari.
I want my order to be delivered to me.
