I went to do an exchange, I then joined the que of which it was long I waited about 10min when it was my turn to be assisted portia told that I must another que of which it was long I told her I can't then she told me to move cause she wants to assist other customers I then told her that I wanted to speak to the Management she told me that they are on the meeting.she was so rude in such way I lost my tempe
